Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was so kind throughout. I love the after care kit I got on leaving, also a small gift as it was my birthday. First time here getting a excellent back and scalp massage and my nails done. I highly recommend it. Charlotte gets to the root cause of the issue and made me feel so relieved and lighter.
