Very welcoming. Had a spa pedicure with gel polish. Relaxing. My bag was soaked from over flow of the water but I was offered a free brow wax because of this. Will return again

Claire was really friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. I love my gel nails and the neck and shoulder massage was amazing, I could feel my muscles unknot and relax throughout. Highly recommend!

I was in 2 minds posting this as I dont want people taking appointments I can have 😂 An absolute gem of a place. I've had bother for 2 years with my shoulder after a bike accident. I had a deep tissue massage and honestly, I feel like a new penny. Also got a facial, gel nail polish and a magical 1 hour Thai foot massage. On top of all that every single therapist were so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I've found my go to salon. Thank you ladies. Hope you all have a lovely Christmas and I'll see you in the new year.

Emma-Jane was lovely and friendly. She did exactly as I asked. Candy red nails, and 2 separate blue ones for a theme I wanted for my summer trip. I recommend the red candy gel Polish shade. Had a few times before, it's so eye catching and lasts for weeks. Quality is great, I love visiting Park West it's like a family. All the staff are warm and inviting.

Had my first lash lift today and cannot get over the results. My lashes have been completely transformed. I will definitely be getting a lash lift again in the future ✨ I also got my regular hard gel infill, which was outstanding as always 👌

Had a pamper afternoon with Lisa with hard gel nails, Elemis med heel with french tips and an eyebrow wax. Felt like a different person with leaving. Decided to go for a different colour than what I would usually go for, there is such a great selection

Love my nails from Lisa, it is always a great experience going to at your fingertips. I have moved onto hard gel for a couple of months and so glad to have made the change! My nails are so hardy (I always have jewels not tools going on in my head) and they are never damaged or chipped, they last so well

I love getting my nails done by Lisa. Her advice is always spot on! Since switching to hard gel, my nails have never been this good. If I go in with an idea, she’s great at suggesting other options, and I usually end up liking her ideas even more. I’ve also started getting gel toes, which I love. I used to be embarrassed by how I painted my nails myself, but now I’m happy to show them off 😊
