This is without a doubt the best salon in Bournemouth. I get a lot of compliments on my cut since I discovered Redlocks. Paula is so professional, very experienced and really listens to her clients.

First time having a pedicure, and really enjoyed it, soothing atmosphere, and Rosie was lovely. Came prepared with my own nail polish, as a friend had said they only have a small selection of regular polishes to choose from, however there is a much larger selection of gel polishes .(which I didn't want) Rosie did a fab job and I'm very happy, ready for my holiday.

Emma, Barbara and the team are great and provide a very professional service catering to all their clients needs. The services I have used are manicure and nail polish, pedicure and nail polish and latterly their cosmetic services.

She’s done it again. I always think my current set is my favourite, until Lynds creates a new beautiful set! She’s the best in Bournemouth if not the world!

I was in Bournemouth on holiday, made an appointment on line, really easy to do, Xclusive were very friendly and welcoming, Lovely wash and blow dry 🙂

Can’t fault the service. Owner of the salon is a lovely lady who made us feel very much at home straight away. The colour and coverage of the gel nail manicure was perfect - really happy customers! Thank you!

Elishia was fantastic, really relaxing pedicure with a beautifully finished gel polish. She was attentive, thorough and completely professional, would highly recommend!

Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Gel toes today , with Georgia , very pleased as I always am !

Lynds is just the definition of an angel. She takes care of not only my nails but myself too. She ensures you get exactly what you ask for & takes every small detail into consideration. After moving to Bournemouth I was worried about finding a new nail tech but oh my word it was so easy to get on with Lynds. Before my appointment the other day, I’d had a really rough few days and she listened to everything I had to say & I left the salon feeling much happier after having someone just sit and validate my feelings. She is just a gem & I cannot wait to get my nails done by her every month.

So happy with my gel polish and the service went above and beyond xx

Paula was so lovely. My first time coming here/ finding a hairdresser in Bournemouth to go. I’ve always been scared to try somewhere new. However, the minute I went there it was perfect. I love all the flowers and decorations in Redlocks, I think it’s really nicely designed and everyone is so welcoming. One of the best haircuts and dye that I’ve had and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be coming back here when it needs doing again x I really love it thank you🩷

I cannot stress how kind and considerate Lynds is when it came to my super-sensitive nails, due to pregnancy! She took her time, gave me different filing options and checked in on how each step felt - and was very patient when I could barely cope with the BIAB gel. 😭 As always, going to these appointments feels like going to see a mate in the best way and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment! 💕

Absolutely brilliant. I’m on holiday decided to have my hair cut, googled a hairdressers in Bournemouth and came up with redlocks………. Didn’t know what I wanted but explained what I didn’t want and I have not been so pleased and thrilled with a hair cut in absolutely years!!!! Lovely atmosphere, professionalism and can highly recommend and when I’m back in the area I ll go back again!!!!

I visited Christine for the first time. She took care and attention to my nails. I will be back to her for file, polish and shellac. I felt the last varnish/shellac seemed very thick so it looked as if l had false nails on, so it was a very hard job for Christine to get it off even after lots of soaking. Thank you
