Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

First for a Japanese manicure, nails looking clean and polished using natural ingredients. The beeswax and oil hand massage was very soothing. The salon is like no other salon, very elegant and relaxing. Thank you ladies next one is the pedicure 😉

I got a French manicure today and decided to go for green. Let’s try something different :) Negar did a fantastic job. Love the precision of the French shape and how fast Negar works. I also had a lovely chat about the salon’s services and there’s nothing they can’t do. Can only recommend this gorgeous and friendly salon.

SoPreciousNails never disappoints! I’ve been coming here for a while now and every visit is consistently amazing. My nails always look flawless, feel strong, and the shape and polish/designs are alway perfect. The attention to detail is always next level, and the salon has such a calm, welcoming vibe. Precious my nail technician is friendly, professional, and you can tell she really cares about her work. My nails last for weeks without lifting or chipping, which is exactly why I keep coming back. I highly recommend if you want beautiful, long-lasting nails and a relaxing experience ever time!

What the other reviews say are true! I’m opted for the luxury gel manicure to treat myself, my nails and hands are looking beautiful. The whole experience was lovely. Highly recommend, I will be going back!

Was a last minute booking, never been but desperately needed pedicure for holiday. Had classic Polish (great colour selection) and the finish and service was fab. Will come again!

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. I booked an appointment for a gel manicure with Ellen as my nails have always been brittle and kept breaking in spite of all the home treatments I tried throughout the years. Ellen assured me that my nails would look great and the gel manicure would actually protect them and help them grow in time. She was right! Ellen is very thorough in her work and has great skills and knowledge on how to treat natural nails and which products to use. I would strongly recommend booking an appointment with Ellen - she is a highly skilled nail professional and a lovely person, too!
