I'm very pleased with progress made and with Farah's attention to detail with my condition. She is also very friendly, gentle and caring. Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. King Thai Therapy has become my second home. I have been a regular customer for many many years now and they never disappoint. I love the services provided for all needs aches and pains, facials and pregnancy massage. Thank you to all Therapists who all do a great job. A big thank you to Saranya who really knows her job well and makes me feel happy relaxed after the massage with great communication skills and smiling face. As always the best massage, relaxing and clean atmosphere. The massage itself was an incredible blend of stretching, pressure point therapy, and rhythmic movements. My therapist was highly skilled, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension without causing discomfort. The Floating Spa is a reflection of its owner Nav, who is patient, gentle and kind allowing your experience of the float to continue as you reflect in the lounge area, for as long as you want. Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

Amazing experience. I went for oxygen chamber.therapy. They ran through everything with me and were with me to ensure I was ok. The facilties are five star and the water is amazing also. See you soon i Will definitely be back again.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. Bilal’s strength and knowledge is unmatched! I have a knee injury + a very physical job, and I came to him at my wit’s end. I walked out of the massage feeling like I rented a whole new body! I’m experiencing mobility I haven’t had in weeks, and he even gave me a few exercises to help moving forward.

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

This was my first experience with Therapyfit, and it certainly won’t be my last. From the moment I stepped into the building to the end of my treatment, Farah was warm, friendly, and highly professional. I have been visiting Farah at least every 3 weeks for quite some time now. I originally came to Farah with an ongoing old injury that was causing pain and discomfort. As soon as I was having regular appointments, within a few sessions I was able to train as normal with no pain or niggles. I have noticed a huge difference and found the sessions so helpful that I really look forward to having them. I train at least 5 times a week so keeping on top of my recovery with Farah has been just what I need. I couldn't recommend TherapyFit enough!!
