Nikki did a fabulous dip powder manicure on my very short, natural nails. She was patient, thorough, and detailed. Amazing cuticle care and nice, even polish. Also, she did not comment on the length of my nails nor did she encourage extensions, which I very much appreciated. We did not chitchat and the salon was calm, making for a relaxing experience. I will definitely book Nikki again.

Thomas is literally the KING of shaping. I can be a perfectionist when it comes to my nails having that perfect rounded almond shape. Ever since my first appointment he’s been amazing. I had to wait until a few visits before reviewing but something else I noticed with his work I can easily go a month without my builder gel that’s grown out create that sharp edge that gets caught in my curly hair. He’s a magician!

Felipe is super friendly and incredibly talented. The gel extensions are incredibly strong and durable and both times i’ve visited they have been impeccably shaped and smooth. He’s very detailed oriented and ensures you are on the same page for what you want them to look like verifying you like the colour and are completely happy with them before leaving. I highly recommend La Crystal and have been sharing this great experience with friends and colleagues.

I recently had a wonderful experience getting a manicure and pedicure at your salon. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire service. The manicurist did an excellent job of my nails, leaving them looking polished and pristine. The pedicure was equally as fantastic, with the technician paying close attention to detail and ensuring my feet looked and felt amazing. Not only was the service top-notch, but the salon itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a fun atmosphere.

Great experience - Ruth was lovely. Unfortunately the shellac nail polish colour that I wanted was not available, nor was the second choice that I made. Ruth made a good alternative suggestion though.
