Lily had lovely customer service, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the design of the nails. She took extra care to make sure the shape was even, and went the extra mile to complete my request for a coloured French manicure (which had not previously been booked and instead decided at the time of appointment). Amber is very careful and gentle. She's patient and never in a rush. I enjoyed this first appointment with her for manicure and pedicure. She had done a great service. Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and they pay so much attention to detail. My nails always come out looking perfect and last so well. The salon is clean, relaxing, and such a nice experience every time. Definitely my go to place and I always leave feeling so happy with my nails. Highly recommend!

Friendly, very patient and take care of you and what you want. Lina made my nails beautiful and did French polish just how I wanted it.

Brylie knows the anatomy of nails, why my nails were damaged and explained in detail how the rehab would work … and it did. The end goal was to wean off gel nails, which was part of the repair process. I’m now back to my natural nails. Not out of the woods yet, but a milestone. Professional knowledge and expert technique is everything. Thank you so much.
