Fantastic experience! Lauren is great, she is so full of knowledge and puts you at ease straight away so you feel relaxed and comfortable. I have been twice for micro-needling now and have seen an improvement in my skin already. I also got lots of advice on skin care. Would definitely recommend.

Iv had tendinitis/tennis elbow for 3 years from going to the gym . Iv been referred to have nhs physio which was rubbish and I nearly gave up until Danny was recommended to me. Wow , after seeing Danny and telling him my problems, he immediately started treatment on the 1st session, after a few more sessions my pain has gone from wanting to chop my arm off to nearly non existent! Im going to carry on with the maintenance sessions as I have a physical job and it’s best to prevent this from happening again. Can’t think him enough , don’t waste your time anywhere else - just call Danny !

recently went to a new sports massage therapist and it was such a positive change. He immediately made me feel at ease and really helped me relax. What stood out was how much I learned during the session — he explained that I’ve been holding tension and using the wrong muscles instead of engaging my back properly. Even though he was younger than the therapists I’ve seen in the past, he was full of knowledge and shared insights I’d never been told before, despite years of going to others.
