Jordan’s been great. He really listens, checks in with me, and makes sure I fully understand both what he’s explaining and the rehab exercises he’s given me. He’s helped build my confidence around movement and supported me in working through the fear around my injury. I’ve already noticed an improvement in both my mobility and confidence. I can’t recommend enough. Chris is very knowledgable and friendly. He listened and understood exactly what my issue was. He explained everything he was doing and why. The treatment itself was great. I could feel my shoulder feeling looser and once we were done, I could stand up straight and felt much much better. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Chris and if you need to see a physio then I would recommend going to Chris. He knows his stuff and he really does help! I’ve had this for 8 years and haven’t felt the release I feel right now in so long and I’ve only had 1 session!

A great visit to Injury Mechanics to get to the bottom of my ongoing mobility issues. After thinking gyming would fix some issues, others have started to appear due to poor posture and form. With Jordans knowledge of the several areas applicable, we have a plan to adapt my workouts to continue gaining strength whilst allowing problem areas to repair due to ongoing tendinopathy. I particularly like that my follow up appointment will include a session in their in-house gym to allow me to get focused advice on where I can improve. Reasonable pricing and very easy to book on. Jonathan has been my go to physio for many years, he is a top bloke. Very understanding, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I trust what he tells me and have always improved after seeing him and doing the rehab. Plus he tells a good tale or two !

Jordan identified the issue, treated it in the clinic and gave us a set of exercises to complete to assist with rehab and was reassuring throughout

Jordan was friendly and good at putting my 12 year old at ease. He was knowledgeable about her injury and explained it well to me and Emma, so she could understand. He reassured us and gave us lots of advice about therapies we can do to continue the recovery of the tendon. The whole process has been really efficient and Jordan was thorough when looking into how the injury happened and what the damage has been. We will definitely return to injury mechanics if there are any future sporting injuries.
