Wendy M did an excellent job. I really love my nails! The foot massage was amazing. Regarding the overall service: I was disappointed. The receptionist didn't even look up to greet. They were not friendly at all. Plus, the WAITING! I waited 20 minutes. My appointment was for 2pm – I was helped at 2.20. You really need to work on better time management. I even felt bad for the other clients who were waiting so long, with no communication from staff and not even being offered something to drink.

Zanele is new to our team at Sublime, so of course she’s been trade tested etc, but today I chose to unwind and experience a Full Body Massage with her and wow! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mood Beauty CPT is a pamper paradise! The spa is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. My massage therapist, Cikizwa, is a true expert — she made me feel at ease, communicated clearly, and intuitively worked out every knot and tension. We had such a warm, enjoyable conversation too. I’ve had both the Swedish and deep tissue massages here, both were incredible. Highly recommend visiting for a truly relaxing, rejuvenating experience. I’ll be back! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, everything is immaculate, neat, and well-maintained. A Luxury experience!

Hey, I really enjoyed it as a first timer, the space and service was amazing. The actual treatment was next level however they almost made me pay for a service I never received as the tech thought I booked for a classic treatment and not royal. And if I never asked why I was not getting a foot massage , I would’ve paid for a service I never received because I almost thought I booked the wrong treatment. I am definitely coming back but please make sure things like this is checked especially when it’s first time customers. 🩷

Had 2 treatments: 45 minute massage was average, I guess due to the space and equipment provided there was nothing that the therapist(Nangamso) could do. Rue did my toes, excellent service and excellent work. Try and get the lights to be dimmed for massages, also get relaxation scents to set the mood

The aesthetic of the Spa is absolutely beautiful and serene. The therapist was amazing. I love how she sits down with you to consult on problem areas and general health before you start your massage. The massage was amazing too. Focusing on all my tense areas and leaving me completely relaxed. A complete bonus is the stunning coffees they serve here too. Highly recommend.
