Wendy M did an excellent job. I really love my nails! The foot massage was amazing. Regarding the overall service: I was disappointed. The receptionist didn't even look up to greet. They were not friendly at all. Plus, the WAITING! I waited 20 minutes. My appointment was for 2pm – I was helped at 2.20. You really need to work on better time management. I even felt bad for the other clients who were waiting so long, with no communication from staff and not even being offered something to drink.

Zanele is new to our team at Sublime, so of course she’s been trade tested etc, but today I chose to unwind and experience a Full Body Massage with her and wow! So blown away by the great service I received here!! All the girls took such interest in helping me with everything from my hair extensions and best method of reinstalling them, to my nails and pedicure with the best foot massage I've ever had. Wish I could find a great salon like this everywhere I travel to!

My husband and I had massages today at this spa, on our last day of holiday and both treatments were amazing. They were thorough and relaxing and absolutely the best way to end our trip with such an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend scheduling a massage here.

"And there I was, falling asleep on the plinth whilst Mushfikah's healing hands were destressing me..." I don't think theres anything Mushfikah CAN'T do. I booked a full body 90min massage and it was heavenly. I've been for many massages before, all of which made my body tense up and feel bruised immediately after BUT NOT THIS ONE. I felt super relaxed, floating in the clouds. Mushfikah is excellent at what she does and she actually listens, asks the right questions and cares. And to think I still said to her that I was testing all her abilities. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. Mushfikah, you're amazing!

Had a fabulous head, neck and back massage as well as a dermaplaning facial (my fave) from Mushfiekah! I was confortable at all times, she focussed exactly where I required it, after enquring, and kept checking if I was okay with the pressure. I'm not surprised, my experiences has always found Mushfiekah attentive and client- focussed. Seriously, if you need to pamper yourself, book with Mushfiekah!
