One of the best massages that ive had. Went for the four handed massage. Jane and Anna were very good and gave me treatment that I needed and feel 100% better. Will definitely come back when I'm next in Cardiff.

Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

I went for a hot stone massage, and it didn't disappoint 😴 The treatment was so relaxing and the massage included back, neck,arms, legs and finishing with a rejuvenating foot scrub. Would highly recommend this treatment to ease away any stress and every day aches and pains.

I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!

I had an incredible experience with Lek, who provided one of the best full body Thai oil massages I’ve ever had. Located conveniently on the high street in Canton, the massage studio is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Lek was extremely professional and attentive throughout the entire session. She took the time to check in regularly to ensure I was comfortable and that the pressure was just right. Her technique blended traditional Thai massage with oil work, offering both deep relaxation and therapeutic benefit. Thank you Lek.

I’ve had massages all over the world. I’m qualified as a massage therapist too so I never usually fully relax during massage as I’m “watching”what they’re doing. But this was the best massage I’ve ever had hands down. I’ll be returning regularly that’s for sure. Can’t recommend highly enough!

This cold weather has been playing up my 2 year old ankle injury. Struggling to walk more that 2k steps a day. Great foot reflexology session yesterday and so far I'm on 8600 steps. Bit of sunshine and foot reflexology is doing wonders.

Absolutely incredible. Booked a couples massage (one hot oil, one deep tissue) and it was amazing. The place is lovely and clean, relaxing atmosphere and really friendly staff. Tree and Cindy that did our massages are super attentive and amazing at their jobs. Phenomenal experience and great value for money. Can't wait to return!

Helen was so friendly and did everything to make my massage a good experience. I have some issues with back and shoulder areas which she picked up really quickly and revised her approach to how she dealt with these areas to make it as comfortable as possible.
