A great treatment from start to finish with Demi explaing everything as we go along. Made me feel very comfortable fron the moment I walked through the door. Knows what she is doing and would recommend Demi to anybody. If she could sort my feet out and make them soft then she can do anything

Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client. Will definitely be returning.

Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.

Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about.
