It was our 1st wet cupping session today at The Cupping Clinic in Bolton. We both jad our session together with the Lovely Talat. She's been cupping for 7 years now and explained every step we would go through and the benefits. We would highly recommend this treatment. Booked back in , in 6 weeks time. Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.

I received an energy drip at the Cupping Clinic in Bolton from Miss Saima, who was absolutely wonderful,kind, professional, and an excellent host. She even offered my mother a free cup of tea and provided her with a prayer mat. The atmosphere at the clinic was calm, peaceful, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client. Will definitely be returning.

Adam very welcoming. I walked away feeling alot less tense, given a few exercises to do and he's going to do a plan to rehab my knee with strength exercises. I will definitely be back for more massages etc

Lewis was really friendly and attentive to my needs. Got a thorough massage working all my tight areas and gave me some tips on what do my resolve some of my issues. The service was relaxed and made sure that throughout the session it wasn't too much. I have already booked another session for a couple of weeks!

10/10 experience everytime. As a professional fighter I have a really physically demanding routine and Lewis keeps me injury free and on top of my recovery regularly between fights. Can’t recommend enough, really knowledgeable, comfortable environment, and great facilities like compression boots to keep my legs recovered :)
