I had an amazing Thai massage here with Rita,a Japanese girl. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really knew how to work out all the tension. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and full of energy. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the whole experience was top quality. Highly recommend to anyone needing a proper reset!

This was my second visit. Both times I had the Deluxe Clinical Hydro- dermabrasion. It is an amazing treatment. Not only is the facial beautiful but included in the treatment is a neck, shoulder and hand and arm massage which is so relaxing. Will definitely reccomend and will return again.

I recently found a new Day Spa has opened, Indulge Day Spa on Payneham. It was great to experience a genuine Day Spa Experience from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. I chose the scalp and head massage with a hair spa, followed by a hot stone massage with Faye and it was pure bliss! Faye's skilled hands worked wonders, leaving my scalp rejuvenated and my hair soft and nourished. The hot stone massage melted away all my tension, and was deeply relaxing. Faye's attention to detail and the spa's serene ambiance made it a perfect escape. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized.

I had an amazing experience here! I booked a deep tissue massage with Rita, and she was absolutely fantastic very skilled, attentive, and she carefully asked me where I wanted her to focus before starting. She worked on all my sore spots with the perfect pressure. My boyfriend had a relaxation massage with Cris, who used to be a physical therapist, and he said it was wonderful super calming and left him feeling refreshed. Both therapists were professional and welcoming, and the atmosphere was really comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality massage 🫶🏻

The aesthetics of the soa are lovely and welcoming. The welcome flower tea was lovely. The Japanese head spa was a lovely relaxing experience, but I'd have liked the therapist to have been firmer with their touch and practice head massage, similar to a good hairdresser style pressure and all over the Scalp with more confidence. The hair drying was lovely and they took great care in drying my hair. It feels soooo soft now. Thankyou
