Great service. The technician didn't mind when I told her I didn't like it or wanted to change the colour because it didn't look as good as we originally thought. She also had great suggestions too. Also, very potent essential oils, can't wait to use them.

I was hesitant when I initially went to Lovanna as I didn’t really have the best experience with lash techs. However, Lovanna really excels in terms of both quality and service. I will never go anywhere else - they make me feel comfortable and treat me as an individual, they care about me being happy with the lashes and are really good at educating me about how to take care of my lashes. I am so happy. They’re the best lash techs - period.
