I had a great experience at Lovely Lash Studio. The place is clean, relaxing, and everyone is so friendly. Jo did my lashes and she was amazing – super professional, gentle, and paid attention to every detail. She listened to what I wanted and the result looks natural and beautiful. This was my first time visiting Kirby & Teen and I'm very pleased with my experience. I had a brow was, shape and tint (I don't trust anyone with my brows and Kiana made it look perfect) I also got my first set of lashes done and WOW. Kiana is so talented and I can see why she's always fully booked. Such a neat and clean environment and staff are very friendly and interactive with clients. Very happy 10/10

Bella thank you for the beautiful eyelashes. My eyes were ok after, no tears, nothing. The hollywood wax wasn't as sore as I thought it would be. Will never shave again. And the foot massage was amazing, I no longer struggle to walk when I get up from the bed in the morning. Definitely coming back to you ❤❤❤

The experience is so relaxing with cozy blankets, and Kirby’s gentle touch has me drifting to sleep in minutes. She’s meticulous, always ensuring my lashes are full and perfect. Toned and Polished is a stylish, fashionable Salon where you immediately feel cozy and at home. I did my 2 week lash fill and Alyssa did an amazing job. Always really happy with the outcome of my lashes. Would highly recommend going to Toned and Polished for any of your beauty needs from Facials to Pedicures or Manicures. Janice and her team are extremely friendly and highly competent.

I found Jo extremely professional, she took the time to explain the care of lashes as well as her technique. Not only did she pay careful consideration for maintaining the health of my natural lash, she found the perfect balance between length and volume that is well suited for my face. They feel light and natural and am loving my low-maintenance makeup routine as a result thereof.

Lisa is the best eyebrow and lash beauty therapist I know, she has great attention to detail.

Prawlene did an excellent job with my eyelashes. The lashes used are so light and she gave me the exact look I was going for.

Kiana is the BEST 👌 and so accommodating of changing schedules. A fab lash artist with gentle hands. I could fall asleep (and sometimes do!)

The service was a clean 5 star but the consultation room for lashes is too hot and the sun comes in. Consider putting up blockout blinds and a mini aircon for both the client and consultants were uncomfortable due to excessive heat in the room. Excessive heat could also melt the glue which could result in lashes taking long to dry out.
