Absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 summer has gone above and beyond to sort my hair out after another salon in Newquay messed it up I shall now in future be travelling over an hour to plymouth to have the wonderful kind and talented summer to do my hair I absolutely love it and so greatful for the wonderful style and cut she has done. I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had my first visit today and I am absolutely over the moon! My eyelashes look so much better and the lash lift and tint I had was done so well. Shannon went through everything she was doing to keep me informed and we had a good chinwag while I was having it done. Will definitely be a regular there now!

Rachel is always so welcoming. She has created a really warm and cosy space for her clients 😌In terms of treatments, she nails it every time. I go for the brow lamination and lash lift and tint combo. I am always happy with the results. Would absolutely recommend ❤️

I had a lash lift and tint done at flow aesthetics and I was so impressed with the whole experience. Shannon was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, being lovely and chatty, and talking me through the process as I hadn't had this treatment before. The treatment room was a very clean and relaxing environment. I am so happy with the results of the lift! I would definitely recommend flow, great treatments delivered by lovely, genuine people, I will definitely be using them in the future. ☺️
