Absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 summer has gone above and beyond to sort my hair out after another salon in Newquay messed it up I shall now in future be travelling over an hour to plymouth to have the wonderful kind and talented summer to do my hair I absolutely love it and so greatful for the wonderful style and cut she has done. Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I was expecting some stinging whilst having my eyelashes tinted having had that experience in the distant past - I had no discomfort whatsoever! Donna made the whole experience very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommended.

As an eyelash technician myself, and religiously getting eyelash extensions for years.. I know a good tech when I meet one! Not only is Victoria a lovely person but she puts a lot of effort and thought into what she does. Love my eyelashes and had a lot of compliments on how big and open my eyes look today. New eyelash tech!! Yippee.
