Brilliant new lash lift, results are really very good. Renatta was lovely as usual and advised me it was the new Korean inspired lash lift. Did not expect it to be that different from the usual one which I am always happy with, but the results were a lot more noticeable and apparently the products are kinder to my lashes so win win 😊

Natalie really is the best in the business at what she does and she's just a gem of a girl, always so chatty and lovely. I get henna brows, lash lift and tint and top lip wax and each treatment is always done to the highest standard, she's so professional and talented at her job. You won't be disappointed!

Such a lovely experience with Karina! I had an eyelash lift and dermaplaning and she was incredibly professional, friendly and reassuring throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything step by step which made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend. Kelly is amazing so friendly and always has a wee chat to find out if you have any aches or pains she can work on, fantastic experience I go every 4 weeks, would highly recommend cloud nine the best in paisley .

I was a bit nervous about getting my first ever lash lift and tint but Mino put me at ease as soon as I met her, talked me through the process and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. We kept in touch and one the treatment day I was made to feel relaxed and the lash lift itself was actually relaxing.
