Charlie is a lovely girl who I have been going to for just over a year for hybrid dye & brow lam and lash lift & tint, and have had an amazing service every time. Charlie has always made my lashes and brows exactly how I want them and I wouldn't be without them now!

Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

obsessed with my hair! demi completely fixed the uneven colour and gave me exactly what i asked for. she listened, explained everything clearly and made it look lighter without going dark all over. my hair looks glossy, even and healthy again. so so happy.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Loveleen welcome me into her home studio salon. She did a fabulous job shaping and tinting my eyebrows. Also had a gel pedicure too. She has a bast amount of colour shades to choose from. Her job is impeccable.

10/10 experience, Anniyah (sorry if I spelled the name wrong!) was so friendly, funny and professional. She gave me the full VIP package with halal brows and a lash lift and I’ve never ever been happier with the way my brows and lashes look. We were done so quick and her precision is unmatched. She even gave me a little goodie bag with an aftercare kit at the end! I’m so happy with the service and result and I’ll be coming back again for sure. I felt so comfortable here.

Very happy with my results after having a lash lift. Lashes look longer and have a curl. Best eye lash lift.

My lashes look amazing I am very happy with them. Ri was very professional and we talked through the type of look I was after. She made me feel very comfortable - I have found my new lash girl. I would recommend.

Just visited brow box. Was travelling for work and meeting was cancelled last minute so decided to book some me time in. Place is super easy to find really near the main station. Had a massage, pedicure and eyelashes was a wonderful experience- lovely attentive staff, excellent service. Very happy with everything thank you!

Hannah is lovely, makes you feel right at ease. Very good at what she does, I have had semi permanent eyeliner and a lash colour and curl, would recommend Hannah 100%

Harps is really lovely. This was my first visit after seeing how she had done a friend's eyebrows and she didn't disappoint. Also had a lash lift and tint, really happy with that too. Thank you Harps.
