Cassandra is incredibly passionate about her work. She pays attention, never rushes, and is very precise with what she does. I don’t get my brows done often as there usually isn’t much to do, most places finish in 5seconds but she took time to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical .I’m genuinely happy with the result. She even encouraged me to let her know if anything didn’t look right once I got home, which shows how much she cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’m really pleased with the outcome. She did an amazing job on both my brows and my brother’s waxing. Highly recommend!

I had to come back! 1st time was a lip wax + eyebrow wax. Staff was very kind and really listened to how I liked my eyebrows and understood the shape of my face. 2nd time was an eyelash lift and tint. I believe we went slightly over time because they really wanted to make the eyelashes perfect, lifted and strong in colour. Highly recommend, super attentive and amazing customer service. Quick yet professional, attentive to detail. Knows what I want with the tint and shape of my brows, provides good advice as this is only my second time getting my brows done, and first time for tinting lashes and underarm wax. Also Marie was very considerate and gave me pillows to support my leg, so less strain on my back since I am heavily pregnant - really appreciate of this action as my back was starting to hurt a lot while lying down. Also really loved the personal conversations we had.
