Honestly the best eyelash experience in Melbourne I’ve had! Maddie was so lovely, explained everything before we started about what we wanted to achieve. She used her expertise to make some executive decisions on lash styles and my lashes look both full, fluffy but natural. They also feel great. Such a nice self care exercise from start to finish! Exceptional, the team are so genuine and friendly. On top of the great service was the beautiful nails, they did them with such care and attention to detail. I went as I’m travelling - but now I feel like I’ll take every chance I get to get my nails done here whenever I’m in Melbourne!

Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

I was a model for Celin during her training for brow wax & tint and lash lift & tint, and honestly, you’d never guess she wasn’t fully trained yet. Her work is flawless and her aesthetic is absolutely unmatched. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. Went in for a Korean lift lash. Abbey was great. My lashes were being difficult and resisting the process, but it’s not the first time I’ve been told that. All things considered Abbey persisted until she and I were happy. What more can you ask for in a technician, someone who takes pride in their work and does all they can to ensure you leave satisfied. Just got them done so we’ll see how long they last.

Lynda is the most talented eyelash artist in Melbourne, I love how she takes her time and is so detailed in her technique. Each lash placed deliberately and carefully. Lynda also takes care of her clients natural lashes and ensures that I never suffer any discomfort (redness, itchiness). Providing a beautiful look every time that compliments the eye shape and that looks good with and without makeup. Worth every penny!
