Today is the first time I met Sam, she is lovely, bubbly, just the person you want to be chatting to. Sam did my eyebrows and no joke, I loved them so much, never had them done like this, she really was quick and spot on with my shape. I will always go back to her. A* service. Thank you Sam 💕

First time ever I’ve had my eyelashes lifted and me tinted and along with wax and tinted eyebrow love them looks very natural as they never looked better then now such a fantastic experience , staff are absolutely lovely and friendly honestly can’t wait to go back for more treatments , wish I could give more then 5 stars .Thank you Kate and Abi

Victoria is fantastic. She explained every detail of what would happen during my treatment. Considering it was my first time having anything done I felt assured and completely relaxed when having my eyelashes and eyebrows done. I love the result and can't wait to come back for more. She also let me natter on about life for well over an hour, I can sit in silence. So apologies Victoria you were a excellent beautician!!

I travel from Colchester to Chelmsford because I trust Ayesha and she always does a great job. Went for a much needed facial, back massage and pedicure today and it was sooo relaxing. Ayesha is not only lovely to chat to but so professional when it comes to ensuring everything is clean and covid secure to keep her clients safe. Karen is amazing very professional and excellent at everything she does. I've had my hair done and before Christmas had my eye lashes and eyebrows tinted. I had NEVER had it done before and she was gentle with me and talked to me all the way through. Yesterday she did my nails for the first time with acrylic which are stunning. I can't recommend her enough you will not be disappointed, give her a go soon thank you Susan
