Ruby was incredible with my hair today. I got a calico style colour job with a slight touch up on my haircut. She took such care with getting it right and had incredible attention to detail especially when it came to the placement of the different sections of colour and being mindful of how they would look best together. Elias was absolutely amazing! This was my first time ever getting lash extensions, so I was extremely nervous, but she was so kind, welcoming and informative. She talked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly and made me feel so comfortable, which I really appreciated. She did my lashes exactly how I wanted them — beautiful, natural-looking and not too dramatic.
