Bruce was super knowledgeable about his work. Helped with some issues that had not been dealt with before. Understood what I needed to regain range of motion and showed me several stretches to use. I felt so much more mobile and with much reduced pain afterwards

Amazing massage and reflexology with Bruce. I wanted a deep tissue massage and Bruce certainly got in there and undid alot of knots and tension. Left 2 feet taller! Will defintely come back for more.

Mavi did a wonderful job. I felt relaxed and the massage really helped with my usually very tense body. Mavi is also super friendly and listened to me yap (boy can I yap). Had a wonderful experience with my treatment at Wellness Sanctuary. I did the 90 minute dry needling and remedial massage. It was pain free and very relaxing. Will definitely be back!

Bruce is amazing. My long lasting back pain has been removed after one massage from Bruce.

Mavi was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and did a great massage for my back and shoulder pain. I paid $180 for a 1 hour massage at a local and well known day spa and my massage with Mavi was much, much better! Thank you.

My therapist, Kim, was lovely. She had an excellent grasp of functional anatomy and quickly diagnosed what was causing my pain. Her practical application of a range of massage techniques left me feeling greatly relieved. She was also kind enough to explain a range of stretches that will help prevent further pain. Thoroughly recommend 👌.
