Always a great experience, especially the reflexology and reiki I had today, as it helps my PCOS symptoms and stress levels immensely. I find that booking these treatments when I do, generally every couple of weeks, works really well, particularly if you have quite a stressful lifestyle or things have happened recently, as the grounding really helps. Value for money! 😃

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Fantastic Dermaplaning Experience! I had dermaplaning yesterday at Beauty Sculpting Room Poole with Elishia, and my skin has never felt smoother or looked brighter! She is incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and the products that she uses and always makes you feel welcome and relaxed. This was the first time that I had a Luxury Dermaplaning facial. It was amazing from start to finish! The ambiance was perfect and the whole treatment felt luxurious. I particularly loved the cooling mask whilst having a relaxing massage. My skin is smooth, glowing and hydrated! I will definitely be having another one!

A beautiful pamper morning with the lovely Sarah. Today I had IPL treatment, microdermabrasion followed by a collagen lift. Just what I needed after the Christmas break. My skin immediately feels and looks better. Would recommend Sarah to anyone that needs a little pamper/pick me up.
