Kat is such a beautiful person. She really makes you comfortable when you feel your most uncomfortable & vulnerable. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to her craft, & skin care. I would highly recommend seeing Kat when it comes to your skin care routine. Sharon

It was my first time here and it was an absolutely beautiful experience. Very relaxing dermaplaning facial which includes a hand and foot massage that was lovely. Atah was easy to chat with and has a lovely personality. Her space is clean, warm and inviting. Enjoyed it so much I've rebooked another service next week. Absolutely obsessed with the new location, I’ve been making the drive from Scarborough to Hamilton for my lip filler needs for a few years now. I would never go anyway else because of the comfortability, knowledge, communication, and skill that Jacqueline provides.

Lyn is absolutely amazing, I drive out of my way to have Lyn do my nails. The staff at Lux Hamilton are fantastic, highly recommend 🩷

This was my first facial. I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect. The professionalism that Stephanie showed was incredible. She made sure to tell me what she was going to do and showed me the extraction tool she uses and asked permission to use it. After she was done, she explain that my face might feel heavy. I would say more that my face felt tight (in a positive way). My skin feels so smooth and the neck and head message were an added bonus that I was not expecting! I felt so comfortable the minute I walked in the door. If you've never had one, I highly recommend it!

I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.

Special thanks to Wendy for getting my mom in for a pedi today when I came for my appointment! I really appreciate you guys cancelling me yesterday after being in the hospital the night before & dealing with Ceejay. This is why I will always come to Rymal location no matter where I live! & yes, I’m closer to Casablanca but the staff at Rymal make it the best experience 🫶🏼

Stephanie was really great. I had the dermaplaning service but she also provided me with some great advice to help with my general skin care regime. Will be back again soon for more services!

The experience was wonderful! I was able to book an appointment. I needed to come in a little bit earlier and they were able to accommodate me. They did a fantastic job with the threading and the waxing. I had my eyebrows and my lip done. Friendly and professional team. I will be booking here again, this is definitely going to be my new eyebrow and lip Place, highly recommend!
