I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

I suffer with my back due to my job and have never found anything that helps enough to find comfort or rest with my injury. Michaela was so knowledgeable about what she could offer that would help, I will continue with these treatments 100% as the relief already has been great! The cupping and the deep tissue massage were fantastic - Michaela explained everything throughout which was much appreciated! Reflexology appt today ~ as always , Jordanne provided an excellent service. Totally professional but always friendly I followed her career from Spinning fields to Salford to Prestwich and will keep following her as she’s the best. Definitely will be back for more services

Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. Will definitely be booking again.

Ken was fantastic. He explained everything before the session begun so I knew what to expect. He even went in to explain about my muscle tightness and ways of stretching to relieve those areas. He is personable, professional and a very good masseuse. I've already booked in another couples massage for my husband to and I. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage not sure what I actually needed. Sat with Jordanne, explained the problem, she asked if I’d ever had a deep tissue massage before, which was no, so she advised a mixture of a deep tissue and Swedish massage. I walked in like a coiled spring and 1 hour later left feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders and all tension in my back was gone. Jordanne is truly wonderful.
