Great first experience. The space is clean and peaceful, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional and relaxing throughout. Nina was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job. The staff at Roukh were extremely accommodating and welcoming which elevated the overall experience.

Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I try to get into Route 1 once a month for a back reset, and it honestly makes such a difference. My job is very hard on my body, and after every session I feel looser, more aligned, and ready to take on the next few weeks. Lewis is always professional, welcoming, and really knows what they’re doing. It’s become an essential part of keeping myself feeling good and staying on top of the physical demands of my work. Highly recommend to anyone whose job takes a toll on their body!

Amazing massage from start to finish, literally massaged all my stresses away

I really enjoyed my massage, she was professional and attentive to my needs. The room was clean and inviting and I would definitely recommend this service. Massage was nice and deep and it really helped my fibromyalgia. Thanks so much I will be coming back for the cupping and hot stones. Excellent service 💯

I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

First visit to find a clean, warm and welcoming space. Very relaxing treatment room. I booked in for an hour of deep tissue massage and received a wonderful combination of Thai, Balinese, deep tissue and hot stones from Rosie who adapted the technique dependent on what my body needed in different areas. She also used a warm Thai balm which felt sumptuous. It’s the most relaxed and tension free I have felt in months. Finished off with a foot spa and a cup of tea. Wonderful. I will be back, thank you.

What a wonderful place this is. If I lived nearer, I would come here all the time. During my facial, Martine used state of the art equipment and conducted the treatment with care, patience and precision. I feel thoroughly relaxed. Highly recommend!

Not had a deep deep massage like this in over 5 months in a h Eat room lab along with some cupping. Wow it was great.

Totally Amazing experience

Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.

Great massage, my body felt refreshed afterwards. Will definitely be back !

Absolutely fantastic, Jordanne is extremely welcoming. The room is perfect, dark, soft and very calming. There were multiple check ins during treatment to see if everything was progressing well, with pressure preferences and essential oil preference is taken into account.
