"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone dealing with chronic pain

Been a reg client for about 4 months now recently I had a injury (plantar fasciitis) and what a difference Paige as made to my recovery ( red light therapy, cupping , acupuncture and message spread across the sessions )Paige knowledge is another level and explains everything regarding after care away from lumi healing . More progress!! 2nd visit for me and Paige suggested some slight variations to help…..she really knows her stuff guys! Cupping with red light feels great! I’ve been following the stretching programme, and can now really start to see the benefit in my ROM/form in the gym, even after such a short period of time. I got told off for not drinking enough water, so going to focus on that now…..I’m making no promises!! Haha. But all joking aside, she took the time to explain in detail why it’s so important if I want to get the most from our sessions. Get in touch, you won’t be disappointed!!

Great first experience. The space is clean and peaceful, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional and relaxing throughout. Nina was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job. The staff at Roukh were extremely accommodating and welcoming which elevated the overall experience.

such a welcoming place the staff sare so friendly. ..I chose Paige what a lovely person and her knowledge is incredible I currently have a sports massage , cupping and red light therapy every two weeks and what. Difference it's making I would highly recommend anyone who does any kind of fitness workouts or training to get Intouch with Paige.
