I was looking for a new clinic and had heard lots of brilliant reviews about Dr Eldimarys in the local Crystal Palace beauty moms group, so booked in for a Botox consultation. Dr Eldimarys was brilliant. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, as she takes her time to analyse your face and is extremely patient and friendly. She also gave me great advice about what treatments I could look to do before my wedding which is this year. Will 100% be returning from now on, and would 100% recommended. Many thanks

I like the calm atmosphere, tinkling water fountains, flickering candles and delicious aroma here. The treatments are very thorough, good value for money. The staff are lovely and the facilities are neat and tidy.

This is my third treatment. Miriem, who was recommended to me, is thorough, knowledgeable and warm, and goes the extra mile to ensure that I get results (she knows I'm willing to undergo more pain for better results). Treatment results will take more time to show fully but it's looking good so far. Prices are very reasonable, especially given the degree of knowledge and experience that Miriem. I especially like that Miriem gives good recommendations for products when prompted, and never tries to sell anything that's unsolicited. I look forward to having more treatments!

I had the radio frequency facial this week which was incredible and I have subsequently booked a course of five treatments. Visible tightening and lifting can be seen after one treatment and the wonderful massage at the end stimulates the circulation and glow to the skin.

Absolutely incredible experience for my LVL lash lift and Brow Lamination. The atmosphere is great and Millie made me feel truly comfortable throughout the treatment by explaining every step, having good background music and providing me with a blanket so I could properly relax. Kannika is a lovely therapist & always has pays great attention to detail whether it's a manicure, pedicure or waxing treatment . We are so lucky to have her in the neighbourhood.

From my initial message enquiry to the actual day of treatment, I cannot fault the service I received. I was made to feel at ease abs talked through the process as this was my first time having any type of facial aesthetics. Would definitely recommend.

Went into Thai Spa for a waxing treatment (eyebrows and bikini). Both were really done with good temperature wax and very delicate touch. Will definitely come back.

I have visited Ashleigh multiple times for lash lift, brow lamination and facials. Every experience has been very relaxing and given great results. Ashleigh is super knowledgeable and her treatment space is lovely and zen. I’ll be back again!
