Incredible experience with both my wax with Cam and also my lashes from Georgia! Could not be happier and with the results, how comfortable I felt especially for waxing on my first visit, I felt like I had known Cam forever and could have chatted to her for days, such a beautiful, interesting and strong lady! My lashes with Georgia, she did the best job, exactly how I described them, she was so lovely too even though it’s not a treatment you really chat in, but I felt totally confident I was going to get great results and I did! An Absolutely Essential and Five-Star Experience! I cannot recommend Sasha highly enough— deserving of every one of these five stars. From the moment I met her, Sasha was incredibly friendly and professional, instantly putting me at ease. I arrived with issues in neck & shoulder areas. Sasha was extremely reassuring, taking the time to listen to my concerns without rushing and what impressed me most was how much knowledge Sasha has. I waited to leave this review so I could focus on the results. I’ve tried Botox at several clinics in Nottingham, but it often didn’t work well or last — even after top-ups. So I was skeptical when I visited Eden Aesthetics. To my surprise, the Botox worked perfectly without a top-up and lasted 4.5 months with no movement. The clinic is spotless and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere that puts you at ease right away. What really sets Alice apart is her nursing background. Alice is always clear about products, treatments, effects and suitability. Some pin prick bruising which is normal for me, so Alice gave me a sheet mask and an ice pack to use for the first few hours. Currently sat icing and following her super clear advice to the letter. Excited to see the final result. 😊

What a welcoming lady. Very happy with the treatment. After many months of discomfort and thinking this might not do the job, imagine my surprise when I got up on my feet and had a huge relief from what I had felt prior. Ive had henna brows in there previously by Mia which were really good and i just felt comfortable in there. Ive had facials previously but nothing compared to fhe million dollar facial i had with Jade it was amazing and my face feels beautiful and glowing for once. Everything is also such good value for money in there and after coming in once i knew i would want to go in for other treatments and you can moreless get everything under one roof 🩵

Unfortunately, I can only give you five stars because it doesn’t allow me to give you 10* Never had any kind of treatment before like this was extremely worried and dubious, but trust your knowledge and expertise I was made to feel the second I walked in I had some Botox in my forehead and some trough fillers under my eyes, I was explained what was happening every step of the way there was no pain no after effects and to say I’m blown away with the results would be an understatement. This is definitely something I will be doing again! THANK YOU

Lovely place staff are always so friendly and professional. Especially Kam. I've been having my nails done by her since March this year. My nails were in an awful state but from her treatments and advice my nails strong and healthy. I would definitely recommend Zen services. 10 out of 10!

Up to now I have had nails, full body hot stone massage, Indian head massage and lashes love all my treatments
