I absolutely love my treatments with Naz .I’ve now had 2 x Morpheus 8 treatments and 2 Hydra-facials . I’m noticing fantastic results .. I also trusted Naz to decide on which products would be best suited to my skin needs ,after only a few weeks of using I can already feel the difference in the texture of my skin and a reduction in fine lines and pigmentation ,so thanks Naz for introducing me to your Zo products . After moving to Leicester last year it took me a while to find a clinic ,but I’m pleased to say that I won’t be going anywhere else .🤩 Debbie

Greta is very precise at creating beautiful lashes and knows what she’s doing. Probably one of the best eye lash and semi permanent brows make up artist in Leicester she’s not the cheapest but really makes you feel and look special Would I recommend Greta to friends and family…. Already have

The staff have all been lovely and so friendly. Really happy with the customer service received. I mainly had my sessions with the newly trained Kiara, initially I had my reservations as she was new, but she has been well trained and has done a really good job! I have had six session on full arms, legs, and under arms. I have noticed a big difference in the treatment. All I may need is a few top ups every few months to make sure I stay on top of any new hair growth. I was recommended ND by a friend, But now I Would also highly recommend ND too!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a great time getting my eyelashes done by Greta. Although I have severe light sensitivity, she was kind and patient. My eyelashes look absolutely stunning. 🤩

I had HIFU for the first time and felt very comfortable and reassured. Lovely professional and relaxing atmosphere. I can’t wait for my next session. Many thanks ladies.

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!
