The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

Nancy is amazing and makes me feel so comfortable. My nails were in such bad condition and Nancy still managed to make them look amazing. I’ve always had acrylic nails but after having biab nails I will never go back!

Katie was amazing! She really took her time working on all the knots in my back and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. The massage was the perfect mix of relaxing and deep tissue! just what I needed😍. She gave me some really helpful advice afterwards too. Honestly, one of the best massages I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be booking again soon!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

My brows always look perfect she also sorts my back out to her cupping method is so worth it after one session my back is so much better I don’t have any pain anymore. would 100% recommend her to anyone her beauty room is always very clean well decorated and smells so good. There’s never been a appointment where I’ve been disappointed thanks jade ! 😄❤️
