Good experience. The staff were friendly and explained things well. The place was clean. The only thing I wish I'd know about noise's from other treatment room eg, doors opening/closing. It made me feel anxious in the pod that someone was coming in the room. But after a while I knew that wasn't the case and was able to relax and enjoy the experience.

Had my first treatment today and I'm over the moon with how amazing it was! I have come out feeling so relaxed and like my stress has melted away. I had the dry scalp head massage and Alice was brilliant. Used different tools with expert hands, and it was just the right pressure for me. Very ASMR and I feel like I'm walking on clouds now. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Returned to the spa after 3 months but this time to treat myself to a facial. I had a facial before a few years back but nothing of this level. The whole process was explained by the therapist before the treatment and during the treatment, mentioned what she was going to do before doing it. Many times she asked if I was comfortable…it was so relaxing, I must have dozed off a few times haha. This was an amazing experience.

Been to Mona twice now, last year for my lips and this time for Botox, plus a top up two weeks after where I needed. My lips have lasted since last November and still look full but natural which is what I wanted! Love the Botox and Mona has been great explaining the placement of the Botox and I am really happy with the results. Always feel comfortable going and trust Mona with any treatment.
