Hear now the ballad of Jackson the Barber. I arrived a weary traveler, my hair wild enough to shelter a family of ravens. I offered only vague prophecies about what I wanted, to which Jackson gave a simple nod. With clippers in hand and destiny at his side, he set to work. When at last I gazed upon my reflection, I no longer looked like the suspicious man lurking near the tavern stables. I looked like the Knight returning from a dragon hunt. Maidens smiled, children cheered, and even the village blacksmith gave an approving nod. Five stars. The bards shall sing of this fade for generations.
