My sister and I called to check availability and price. Walter was very responsive and gladly confirmed availability. The front desk service was very professional and courteous. Michelle, the artist/stylist warmly welcomed us both. She really took time to understand each of our request and the style we wish to have. She paid attention to each detail and carefully but surely confirmed before she finalized each style. She nailed it! My sister and I are very happy with the outcome. We will definitely come back! My haircut went great. I came out feeling refreshed and brand new. Adriana my hair stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and knew how to cut my hair in a way so it did not look so thin. I wanted my hair to look thicker with volume and she did just that. I am so happy she did such a great job on my hair. I will be coming back.

Michelle and Seema were great! They were very accommodating of me wearing hijab and made sure to book me at a time which was women-only, and even lowered the shade to prevent people from outside looking in. Michelle listened to what I had in mind and gave good recommendations for what would suit me. Cut and blow dry look great!

The receptionist is kind and offers you drinks! Early in the morning seems best to go since it’s somewhat empty. Elica was kind and listens to what you want for your hair while also adding small details to your haircut that she notices that you point out like when she said me saying about how flat and straight my hair is, so during the cut she texturized it and lighten the ends to give it more of a voluminous look! I’d highly go back again even with the price and ask for Elica again

I got a haircut today with Jeannie and I can say that I left a new woman. She asked various questions about what I use, my hair history, hair goals. I showed her a pic of the style I was going for. I also added a split end treatment and everything went well. I loved the whole experience and look forward to keep coming back.
