I recently booked ultimate wellness experience at SOJO and it was exactly what my body and mind needed after busy week at work. It included massage, sauna and float. Anna, my massage therapist was very friendly and professional. I could tell she really loves what she does. she spoke very highly about SOJO and looked happy working there. She made the whole experience very special and will definitely come back for more treatments. SOJO is beautiful place with happy employees and broad range of treatments and products that you can choose from. Treat yourself, you won’t regret!

If you’re ready to begin a personal journey of unblocking old trauma and reconnecting with your body, this is for you. Sophia at Sojo was calm, accomplished and prepared for my treatment. A lot of pre-work and understanding on my ailment was done, before I walked through the doors. This was my first spinal flow treatment and it will now be my 'go-to' above chiro, physio and massage. What a wonderful and deeply connected therapy. Highly recommend.

It’s hard to put my experience into words because it was incredibly personal and deeply moving. What I can say is that my session with Sophia has truly opened something powerful within me. Spinal Flow is not just a treatment , it’s a journey. It helped me recognise how many blocks we carry in our bodies without even realising it, and how those blocks can make life feel heavier, harder, and more challenging. What I discovered with Sophia is that those blocks can be released. Sophia holds such a safe, grounded space that you naturally feel supported through every moment.
