Could not recommend it higher! My partner and I had a lovely experience with the team there who was easily able to adjust for us when they had a staffing change on the day. We had a massage, body scrub and facial planned with a sauna thrown in on the day to accommodate and thank us for understanding the time change. The experience from start to finish was fantastic and so relaxing!

The new studio is great, nice quiet rooms. Glad to see Mels always expanding, have been going for 5 years and they deserve every success. I'm always sad when a past massage therapist moves on, but they always have new highly qualified staff to fill the gap. Thanks Emma for fixing my back!

Erin at Modern Day Spa is an amazing and knowledgeable therapist who understands the importance of holistic care. I had the Detox Scrub and body wrap which was relaxing and invigorating. It’s even better combined with an infra red sauna beforehand! The scalp massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. What makes MDS stand out above the rest is its clean and modern space with little extras like cool icy water, blueberries, tea and collagen booster shots. Thanks Erin.

As someone that’s immune compromised, going to venues for health treatment is fraught with risk. But to my delight, my treatment at Soothe Massage & Day Spa was accessible and compassionate. My room had a personal infrared sauna in it and was impeccably clean. My wonderful therapist was open to adjusting treatments to suit my body as needed and immediately offered to wear a face mask which makes it safer for me. She made the experience extremely relaxing and I felt safe for once. People don’t know how rare that is with an autoimmune disease. Worth every cent!

such a beautiful overall experience! Absolutely loved my experience at Seu Momento. I had a Brazilian lymphatic massage combined with wood therapy and it was incredible from start to finish. The treatment was both relaxing and effective. I felt lighter, less bloated, and so sculpted afterwards. The therapist was highly skilled, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The space is beautiful, calming, and truly feels like a little escape. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Seu Momento to anyone wanting real results with a luxury experience.

Bruna is amazing! I cannot recommend Seu Momento enough. At my first appointment she explained everything and sent me a whole report afterwards explaining problems areas and a treatment plan going forward. I always leave feeling calm and refreshed.

Airin was fantastic, she understands the body and was able to get in deep. I felt my body was worked on extensively. It was also relaxing at the same time.

My body is scared of Mia's ability to find the sore, stiff stubborn areas and remove them. Excellent as always.

Mia's treatment was exactly on point again and excellent use of pressure. I felt tension let go in parts of my body I didn't realize I was carrying it.
