As someone that’s immune compromised, going to venues for health treatment is fraught with risk. But to my delight, my treatment at Soothe Massage & Day Spa was accessible and compassionate. My room had a personal infrared sauna in it and was impeccably clean. My wonderful therapist was open to adjusting treatments to suit my body as needed and immediately offered to wear a face mask which makes it safer for me. She made the experience extremely relaxing and I felt safe for once. People don’t know how rare that is with an autoimmune disease. Worth every cent!

I can't explain with words how relaxed, happy and looked after I felt after the amazing treatment I received from Bruna. I had the special pamper body scrubbing and massage+ face lift massage and it was fantastic. I recommend it 100%

such a beautiful overall experience! I booked an hour long massage and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! the staff was sweet as ever & the ambience was so calming, it put my whole body into a meditative state. Always assured of a quality experience here - whether massage or reflexology. Super handy to Claremont centre and plenty of parking. Ask about their loyalty card - I have one, it’s a great system!

Mia's treatment was exactly on point again and excellent use of pressure. I felt tension let go in parts of my body I didn't realize I was carrying it.

I recently had a radio frequency facial and neck treatment with Andrea, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had! From the moment I walked in, Andrea made me feel at ease with her warm energy. RF face and neck treatment was amazing! My skin felt firmer, smoother, and more lifted right after the session. She’s gentle, and explains everything clearly. Highly recommend.

Dechen’s deep tissue massage was excellent! Feels like everything got straightened out and realigned. And this morning I realised a persistent pain in my shoulder was gone. My body and I are very grateful for her healing hands 🙏

I walked into Soothe in the morning in a lot of pain from tension in my upper body and lower back. My practitioner Jemma, definitely has the healing touch. After being unable to move properly in the morning, Jemma’s massage released all of my tension and I was able to go to work for the rest of the day. I will be going back and highly recommend her for pain management and tension release. Also, my room was beautifully decorated clean and warm, and heated bed really complimented Jemma’s amazing treatment.

I was lucky to have Sonam as my massage therapist. From the minute I walked in I knew I was going to be listened to and I was. I have chronic pain in my upper body and need very gentle massage. After reading my questionnaire Sonam listened carefully and followed through on my specific needs. I was also able to put on an audio book to reduce a tendency to overthink after a while a sensation of relaxation and healing spread over my body. The beds are large and comfortable the whole place is spotless. I think this could be the best kept secret in the local massage industry for now.
