I booked in for the Head, Neck & Scalp Ritual, and it was such a treat! Nerissa explained the service beforehand so I knew what to expect, and made me feel so relaxed and treated. Despite the spa being located in the centre of Leeds, it feels so tranquil and you would not know. Such a lovely little retreat.

So pleased i found Kim through social media, she was so lovely and easy to chat with and the lymphatic drainage massage is exactly what I've been looking for. I had my first one and it did not disappoint, I've had plenty of massages before but this was totally different, so much better and 100% my vibe it felt amazing, and knowing its doing so much good i went ahead and booked several more. I cannot wait for my next one. Totally worth the journey from York to Leeds xx

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. I was looked after by Alice, who was incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly making me feel comfortable. She was attentive to my needs throughout and kept up great conversation during the treatment, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the sculpting treatments—not only are they effective, but the service is exceptional too!

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.
