Amazing. Went in with long tired grown out highlighted hair and wanted a totally new look. I asked for an Italian bob and got more than I expected. Perfect cut, perfect style and Kurtis was amazing. Talked me through each section of the cut, gave me ideas of how to style and made me look more vibrant, younger and more styled than I've felt in years. Love it

Another great hair cut and colour. Demi works quickly and efficiently. I have only been twice, but both times I have been happy with the colour and how it was styled. Feel Demi listens to what I want.

It was my 1st time visiting glam factory today, Tina did my full head colour and what an amazing job she did,I love it! she’s so thorough and does a great job., Cailey then styled it and it’s just how I wanted it it looks great! Fawn was brilliant. I never really like the way it’s styled (tried so many places) but she listened, was attentive and did a really good cut. Nearly 40 and first hair cut I’ve been pleased with 😂

I always look forward to having my hair appointment with Sian. The whole experience is so relaxing. Colour cut and blow dry. The result is always exactly as I asked for. A great cut with attention to detail. The colour is just great two tone mid brown and very glossy.
