Amazing. Went in with long tired grown out highlighted hair and wanted a totally new look. I asked for an Italian bob and got more than I expected. Perfect cut, perfect style and Kurtis was amazing. Talked me through each section of the cut, gave me ideas of how to style and made me look more vibrant, younger and more styled than I've felt in years. Love it

Another great hair cut and colour. Demi works quickly and efficiently. I have only been twice, but both times I have been happy with the colour and how it was styled. Feel Demi listens to what I want.

It was my 1st time visiting glam factory today, Tina did my full head colour and what an amazing job she did,I love it! she’s so thorough and does a great job., Cailey then styled it and it’s just how I wanted it it looks great! I just want to say what an absolute breath of fresh air it was to walk into this gorgeous salon. At first I couldnt find it and Mel said not to worry and came outside to wave to me. Im normally quite anxious, particularly at salons and with Mel my anxiety melted away immediately! She was the most fantastic lady, asked questions about me, not judgmental in the slightest.....not to mention the eyebrows! She properly measured my face to make sure they were symmetrical which Ive never had before! I then mentioned I would love to have my nails done and had been looking for somewhere....

Mel said she could do them now if Id like and I was so pleased and grateful! I pulled up a few pictures on my phone and she did some lovely pink flowery nails and even made me a hot drink! This is honestly the best salon experience I have ever had and this is all down to Mel! ❤️
