After not being able to wash my hair due a broken shower, I easily booked an appointment at Headhouse at short notice for a blowdry. Rheanna was lovely, and did exactly what I wanted! The salon itself had a friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere, with everyone in the salon chatting and joking. I’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you! Amy x

Wouldn’t go to any other hairdresser in Leeds, I tried once as Libby was booked up and I’ve now learnt to never go to anyone else but Libby! Knows what I wanted and did just that and I love my hair!! As it had been a few months due to lockdown I had a collie on when I said I wanted to go Blonde at the ends Libby told me her personal opinion as my hair wasn’t in the best condition on the ends and Libby wanted to make sure we wasn’t going to do further damage and took that into consideration Thank you Libby!

So glad I tried this place! I find it difficult to find a salon that doesn't make me feel out-of-place or overwhelmed by noise, lights, people and smells (I'm neurodivergent), but Grays gives a sense of space that feels safe and inclusive. Nikkie has cut and styled my hair twice now, and I've loved it both times. Always great nattering about how ace dogs are, too! I'll definitely be back.

I had such a brilliant experience with Amy this morning. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and instantly put me at ease. I wasn’t sure how short to go, but she guided me with so much confidence and care. I’m absolutely thrilled with how my hair looks and feels — it’s got so much bounce and shape. Amy also recommended a salt spray to give it even more lift, which was such a helpful touch. She really knows her stuff. I walked out feeling amazing.

Elyse is a great stylist. She’s cuts my hair perfectly and is always friendly and chatty!

Libby has coloured and styled my hair for me today. She is so friendly and easy to cut to. My colour and cut is always spot on and I have come away with a stunning bouncy blow dry!
