I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Had my hair washed , cut and a bouncy blowout today. Nita is absolutely brilliant. From the moment I got there she was so welcoming and she put me at ease straight away. She asked me what I wanted and gave me some great advice. The whole process from start to finish was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend getting your hair done at this salon and especially by Nita who was professional throughout and definitely knows how to cut and style hair. Big thank you to you Nita. Am looking forward to coming back. ❤️

This was my first time coming to Pickles and Co and everything was amazing! initially came in for an extension consultation which Simone helped out with a lot by explaining the different types of extensions as well as finding the perfect shade that would blend into my hair. She gave me a whole breakdown of the pricing and which would be best for my specific hair type. then had a cut and finish which brought my hair back to life!!!! It felt so dead and dull before, but once Simone cut and styled it, I feel like a whole new person. I’m so incredibly happy and I will definitely be coming back! <3

As usual an all round good experience here. It's easy to get to, friendly staff and good service. I don't live in Birmingham but travel here to get my hair cut whilst having a day out in Brum! Prices are very reasonable too

Having had my hair styled at Chair! today, I can highly recommend it. Sam is an experienced stylist and really cares about her clients. She really listened to me and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. I was delighted with the end result and didn’t hesitate to book my next appointment. The salon is welcoming, fresh and comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Hannah took great care to understand what I wanted my hair to be like. As always, she worked with great precision and made me feel welcome in the new studio. I'm super happy with my freshly cut and styled hair and can never recommend Hannah enough!

Azariah was amazing and apologised for still finishing off a client when I arrived. I was booked in for a wash, trim, blow dry and creative style. Azariah was able to add in a treatment and was adaptable when the original styled I wanted wouldn’t have worked after my trim. Instead, I had coil twist which I loved and was better than what I had previously planned. Azariah also gave me tips on how to manage my hair and was happy to answer any questions I had. This has been the best service I have received in years. Thank you Azariah!

I booked with Lera for a wash, cut and blowdry, supervised by senior stylist Demi. I was delighted with my hair at the end of the appointment - it was exactly what I wanted. The customer service was excellent and Lera was super friendly and made me feel at ease very quickly. Especially as Lera is an older apprentice, this felt like an absolute bargain and I’ll definitely be back! 100% would recommend.

Love my colour and new haircut by ant. Listens and offers his expertise every visit. He is confident in what he does and I love my hair every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I don’t live in birmingham any more. Worth the visit to see ant and the lovely salon.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left.
