Everytime I visit Alex I am pleased and relaxed. As soon as you walk in you feel as though you are at home. The aesthetic looks, the spa scents and the warm bed makes every visit a 10/10. Absolutely brilliant. Sam is a mindful and creative nail technician who absolutely understands her products and what is required for the nails in front of her. She was recommended by my daughter (who is extremely hard to please) and I am delighted with my new nails today. Such a refreshing change from the Vietnamese salons I have used where I was treated like just a number despite being loyal for years.
