Amazing visit this morning for a luxury facial massage, after having had my nails done. Alex managed to release a huge amount of stress in my head neck & shoulders whilst giving an incredible facial massage with super kind & aromatic Tropic products. Am feeling so much better. Relaxed & calm & ready to face the rest of week. About to book my next one in as so important for my wellbeing and helps with my lymphatic system system & for me , my pain. Can’t recommend highly enough the whole range of services from The Beauty Lounge byAlex- 1st class service to treat yourself, thank you ☺️

Nice friendly welcome and always remembers my nail colour and my preferences. Best nail salon I’ve ever been to and the two nail technicians I’ve had there, Ellie and Emma always do a fantastic job on my nails. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else., thank you.

Emma was brilliant, she really put me at ease as I was a bit nervous, after having not a great experience at a previous salon. She was interested in what design I wanted and was happy to help achieve this. She helped me make a final decision on the design and gave me some great ideas for next time. I'm really looking forward to what she will do for Christmas nails with the magnetic polish.

Ruki is hands down the best nail tech in the area! Every appointment with her is an absolute treat—she’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails look flawless. Her selection of unique shades is unmatched, colors you won’t find anywhere else. Plus, she’s so warm and welcoming that the whole experience feels like a luxury. Ruki is outstanding! She works miracles with my poor cuticles and has completely changed the health of my nails. Ruki always does the best manicure - I would highly recommend!

As always Ruki is the happiest person in her work which is always as ever excellent. She takes pride over her nails and this is why I've been coming to her for over a year!.. Ruki knows her nails and I never have a problem with them failing. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Ruki is quite simply outstanding at both nails and pedicures. The quality of her work surpasses anything I’ve had prior and I’ve had my nails done all over the world. Not only are her nails perfect, they also last, and continue to look perfect for the whole duration. She is a true perfectionist. Since I found her, I will never allow anyone else to do my nails or pedicures. Above all else she’s an absolute delight and it’s always a pleasure to see her. Thank you Ruki for always doing an incredible job.

Can't beat a facial with Alex's magic hands. The heated bed adds to the experience too. Also loving the green sparkly gel on my nails xx

When we moved from SA I really battled to find a good nail tech. Finding Ruki was the best thing for my nails. Ruki is passionate about nails and a perfectionist - the best ever!
