Everytime I visit Alex I am pleased and relaxed. As soon as you walk in you feel as though you are at home. The aesthetic looks, the spa scents and the warm bed makes every visit a 10/10. Not to mention Alex’s professional, yet friendly attitude, her warmth and her in depth beauty knowledge. I would recommend The Beauty Lounge to anyone who is looking for 110% out of a service. What an amazing facial I just had, first time having microblading and microneedling with all the extras, massage and LED therapy, I was so relaxed after I floated home, plus my skin looks and feels amazing. Thank you, Georgia xx

This was my third visit with Georgia, and she never disappoints. She’s professional and makes the whole experience feel relaxed. It was my first time trying lash extensions, and I’m so happy with the results. I asked for more length, and they came out perfect—full but still very natural.

It was a lovely treatment , made feel welcome on arrive , relaxing treatment , & was very kind , saying my legs were not in need of waxing ! Which was lovely to be told & not just do them anyway . Thank you so much , I will return ( sorry if I was too much of a chatter box)

I visited the salon for the second time today. I was met with the same warm welcome as the first time. Sophia took her time to discuss what we wanted to achieve with the health of my hair taking priority. I’m over the moon with my re style. I left feeling a million dollars. Thanks Sophia!

I had my eyebrows shaped waxed and tinted normally I have issues with the colour being a ginger rather than brown but Georgia made them the right shape and colour first time, I’m so happy thank you x

As a first-time customer, I couldn’t have asked for better. She was absolutely amazing at what she does—my manicure, pedicure, and waxing were flawless. She made me feel comfortable, was chatty, and there was never a dull moment. I’ll definitely be back!

As usual a lovely experience - even the waxing… Sammy let me babble on to avoid thinking of next pull of the strip😂.
