Just had my underarm and bikini wax done by Victoria and honestly, she is the absolute best! I have a low pain threshold, but with her, it's barely painful at all – she's that good. Her knowledge and technique are second to none. On top of that, she’s so welcoming and genuinely lovely, she makes you feel completely at ease. I wouldn't go to anyone else now!

I absolutely love the way Hilda colours and cuts my hair. I am so fussy, but Hilda always makes me very happy with the results. Kat is great at threading my eyebrows, fantastic service. I’ve tried most salons in Welling high street, but nowhere compares to Smyle welling. Great service & lovely staff. Thank you for going above & beyond my expectations.

From facials to waxing - always super happy with the results from Jill!

Had the most amazing pregnancy massage by Lily, fully helped me relax. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She added in some lymphatic drainage which helped with the swelling I have been experiencing through pregnancy. Afterwards I actually managed to get my shoes on!!! Fully recommend Lily to everyone!

I stuffer with swollen feet and upper chalf was a wonderful ease to my legs I noticed swelling of legs reduce with just one session and had remain that way with further less swelling for 3 days the drainage treatment is something I will carry on with. I will definitely be going back! Lana is always professional with her services. I was nervous about waxing but she was encouraging and patient with me. She created a calming atmosphere to help with my nerves. I have done microblading, full body waxing, eyelash extensions at different points in the year and Lana’s services have been so superb. So happy that I found my one stop shop to go to for beauty services.

I have been to Kerrie regularly for years. My last appointment was for acrylic infills, leg and bikini waxing, electrolysis plus brow and lash tinting. She does everything to the highest quality, she really knows her stuff. The salon is beautiful, fully equipped and spotless. If you are looking for a highly qualified and knowledgeable beautician then look no further, I cannot rate her highly enough.

Always a great experience with Heaven Scent. They know what they are doing and really listen and also give advice to make the most of your treatments. I had waxing and eyelash tint today and Tilly gave me all I needed to know about aftercare and also how to make the most of my treatments and what to do going forward to maximise outcome. Very relaxed and 5 star experience
